Knowing the right support for someone can often be challenging. If you have concerns about one of our learners, employers we work with or colleagues, please let us know and we will do what we can to reach out and provide the appropriate support.

Please note that these forms are only reviewed between Monday – Friday, 9:00am and 4:00pm. Therefore, this form should not be used in situations where someone is experiencing a life-threatening emergency.

Life-Threatening Concern / Emergency

If your concern relates to someone whose life may be in immediate danger, please call 999 straight away.

If your concern is not life threatening however it is urgent, please contact a member of the Safeguarding & Wellbeing Team directly via telephone or MS Teams.

If you have a concern about one of our learners or employers we work with, please complete our dedicated form below. The information you provide will be reviewed by our Safeguarding & Wellbeing Team.

We ask that you include as much detail as possible when submitting your concern. This may include specific information or direct quotations that help explain the situation. A member of the Safeguarding & Wellbeing Team may contact you if further information is required or to gain a better understanding of the circumstances.
